Start with a pilot
The first step should be small and concrete. We take one of your flows, put it into operation and show in plain numbers what it saves, before you commit to anything larger. We run a couple of pilots at a time.
One AI coworker, in operation
We pick one clear, recurring task (for example supplier invoices into your accounting system) and build a digital coworker for exactly that, with your systems and under your review.
Fixed pilot price
A defined price for the setup and the first weeks of management. No large investment before you have seen the value, no open-ended hours.
Weekly report with numbers
Every week you get a simple report: cases handled, hours saved, and what that is worth in money. The value is measurable from the first week.
If you see no clear value, we do not go further. The pilot is built to prove the value, not to lock you in. If it works, it becomes an ongoing AI coworker that we manage and build further on.

Multi-agent system built on the Claude Agent SDK: agents that delegate, verify sources and deliver validated, structured data, with an event log and deterministic fallback paths.
Finance flows
Bookkeeping on autopilot
Bank statements in, finished bookkeeping out: transactions are parsed, coded to the chart of accounts and exported as ledger files. The human reviews, the system does the heavy lifting.
Web flows
Web tasks that run themselves
Recurring web work (data collection, bookings, report retrieval) as saved, re-runnable jobs with verified steps in a real browser.

Roore's own customer acquisition
Our own sales process is automated: the system watches open data sources for buying signals, qualifies the companies (group structure, ownership, finances), finds the decision-maker and writes a personal draft. A human reviews and sends.
